3.2 Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials, including username, password, and OTP codes. phtaya777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the Member's failure to protect their account credentials.

3.5 Account ownership is non-transferable. Members may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in their phtaya777 account or any balances held therein.
4.1 All financial transactions on phtaya777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phtaya777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other methods as listed in the Cashier section of the platform from time to time.
4.3 Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. phtaya777 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.
4.4 Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to be credited.
4.5 phtaya777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Deposits originating from accounts not belonging to the Member will be reversed and the Member's account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.6 Members must not deposit funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful source. phtaya777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.1 Members may request withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this Section 5.
5.2 Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used to make deposits into the same phtaya777 account. phtaya777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not on record for the account.
5.3 A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200 applies. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified accounts in good standing.

6.1 phtaya777 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time at its sole discretion. 6.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money Account Balance and are not available for withdrawal until all wagering requirements attached to those funds have been fully satisfied.

11.2 phtaya777's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member into their phtaya777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phtaya777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.
12.1 phtaya777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: a suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; regulatory direction; or ongoing KYC or compliance review.
12.2 Members may close their phtaya777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money Account Balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their most recently used withdrawal method.

14.1 phtaya777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, phtaya777 will provide notice via email to registered Members or via a prominent notification on the Platform.
14.2 Continued use of the phtaya777 Platform following publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes the Member's acceptance of those amendments. Members who do not accept the amended terms should cease using the Platform and contact support to close their account.
